I haven't been on here in ages. It always seems to happen. Life gets so hectic and my photography seems to fall by the wayside. It's not that I've neglected my camera- on the contrary, I've taken thousands of photos on my adventures overseas and experimented with brand new styles and focus subjects. I am back from Broome and am delighted to say I had the most amazing holiday, even if it was only a short one. The Kimberley region of Western Australia, in which Broome is located, truly is a magnificent part of the world. It is a spectacular place for photographers because the land is so majestic. You really get a sense of stepping back into time and feeling what the earth must have been like thousands of years ago. I can totally understand and appreciate why many of the residents of Broome are so opposed to government projects, such as a proposed gas hub, taking place.
